| Exhibition of Irena Paskali in Cologne
Exhibitions Abroad : (Utrinski vesnik, 02.09.2010) - Macedonian artist Irena Paskali and Dennis Tis (Cologne) are opening a joint exhibition at the Art Gallery in Cologne at 6:00 p.m. tomorrow. The show, "Experiment mit fotografie," is part of a renowned event „20. internationale Photszene Kîln“, starting tomorrow through late september. 'At the Experiment with Photography show, I am presenting my latest cycle, "Meridians" which I started in 2009. Within the project, I take photoes of cities, presenting them in a length-expanded picture. People and architecture unite in the vertical area trying to maintain their meaning. So far, the project has been worked on in Moscow, Venice, Paris, Brussels, Waterloe, Skopje and Tokyo," Paskali says.

| Works by Alemdar Exhibited in London
Exhibitions Abroad : (Utrinski vesnik, 12.07.2010) – An exhibition of works by Macedonian-born painter Armando Alemdar-Ara, who has lived in Britain for two decades, has been opened in the London Galley of Modern Art. Several dozens of paintings, oil on canvass, put under a joint title, "Raw and Refined," which reflect the colours from the Macedonian region and first exhibiting drawings are a part of the author’s latest collection of abstract painting offered to the modern art admirers in the British capital.

| | OPA Group Exhibits Project in New York
Exhibitions Abroad : (Dnevnik, 09.07.2010) – A video, “Project that is not project” by our art group OPA, will be presented in the Macedonian Culture Centre in New York at 6:00 p.m. today. The project is a 42-minute film about a European tour in a 40-year old car, “Spachek” during 2003 to 2006. The documentation about the journey is a critical comment on the Shengen wall and everything it represents for Balkan artists.

| Macedonian Artists Exhibit in Ljubljana
Exhibitions Abroad : (Dnevnik, 08.07.2010) - Five Macedonian artists are taking part in a group exhibition, „255.804 ęě2“ that is opening at the City Gallery in Ljubljana today at 8>00 p.m. The artists, Velimir Zernovski, Gjorge Jovanovic, Verica Kovacevska, Nikola Uzunovski and Neda Firfova, are telling a story about the area of former Yugoslav republics covering 255.804 ęě2 through different works made in different media. The show features 30 young artists from countries that emerged from former Yugoslavia, and the selection has been made through their participation in competitions for Young Artist Awards announced in these countries every year.

Exhibitions Abroad : (MIA, 02.07.2010) - Small Bitola Monmartre opened Thursday an exhibition of children's paintings at Plaza Hollywood Center in Hong Kong.
- The exhibition presents 51 works, created at this year Small Bitola Montmartre, several huge panels of Bitola, its Shirok Sokak (Wide Alley), Ohrid and Krusevo. We have congratulated the national holiday - July 1 - to our hosts with Macedonian music, art colony organizer Kosta Hadziantonovski told MIA.

| Historic Exhibition in Sofia Culture Center
Exhibitions Abroad : (Vest, 01.07.2010) - Historic exhibition “Voivode Slavco Abazov” will open in the Sofia-based Macedonian Culture and Information Center on Thursday evening at 18,00h.
Professor Zoran Todorovski and Mirjana Nincevska are the exhibition authors. The display is dedicated to Zletovo voivode Slavco Atanasov-Abazov, who fought for Macedonia’s freedom by the end of the 19th and start of the 20th century.

Exhibitions Abroad : (Vest, 15.06.2010) - Exhibition “Genesis” by Danco Kal’cev will open in the Sofia-based Cultural-Information Center on Tuesday evening at 18,00h.
“The art critique considers Kal’cev one of the most renowned Macedonian painters from the mid-generation. In this exhibition, Kal’cev turns to enformel and abstraction with mastery”, says art critic and historian Zlatko Teodosievski.
“Kal’cev graduated at the Pedagogical Academy and the Faculty of Fine Arts in Skopje, in the class of Dimitar Kondovski.

| Oliver Musovic at Biennial in Mardin
Exhibitions Abroad : (www.culture.in.mk, 02.06.2010) – Macedonian artist Oliver Musovic will participate in the First Biennial in Mardin, Turkey opening on 4th June in different locations in the city. The show, Abaracadabra (abara is an architectural element, passage in both private and public area, typical for Mardin), is organised by Turkish curator Done Otyam, and has fusion of the historical architectural space of Mardin and modern art as the topic.

Exhibitions Abroad : (Vecer, 28.05.2010) - Painting exhibition of academic painter Toni Sulajkovski will open in Berlin-based gallery “Prima Center Berlin” on Friday evening at 20,00h.
Sulajkovski’s latest project titled “Intergalactic Reactions” contains 35 artworks in technique acrylic on canvass, with 24 displayed in Berlin.
This is Sulajkovski’s 44th solo show, inspired by the effects of changes occurring in space. The exhibition will be open until June 10.

The curator of the show is Suzana Milevska, Ph.D. who has been working on the project for a while. Exhibitions Abroad : (Dnevnik, 19.04.2010) – A dozen of paintings, oil on canvass, and drawings by our artist Atanas Botev has been displayed in the Kraus Gallery in Nuremberg. The curator of the show is Emil Aleksiev, Advisor at the Museum of the City of Skopje.
According to Aleksiev, Botev is an engaged author who masters the painting techniques.

| African Smiles of Painter Arsova
Exhibitions Abroad : (Vest, 03.03.2010) - Macedonian painter Ilina Arsova presented an exhibition titled “Smiles-Sao Tome” at the namesake island in Western Africa in the course of past weekend.
The display includes ten canvasses and 21 aquarelles created during the three-month stay of the painter at the island. The artworks present the diverse emotional forms of smiles from Sao Tome.
Moreover, the painter held a workshop for pupils, who created pieces using selected waste.

| | Krstevski’s Strips in “EON”
Exhibitions Abroad : (Vecer, 03.03.2010) - Strip “In Memoriam Goran Krstevski 1971-2003” has been published at the front page of Serbia’s cult strip magazine “EON”.
The strip was made upon the urban haiku poetry and concept of late poet Krstevski, including drawings and mail-art prints of artist Zlatko Krstevski.
Moreover, other short strips by Zlatko Krstevski have been published, alongside renowned authors, such as Vlada Aleksic.
