| Affirmation – Exhibition of Zoran Poposki in Berlin
(Vreme, 22.11.2006) - Solo show of Macedonian artist Zoran Poposki will be opened in “Gallery 24” in Berlin on Wednesday evening. The display includes digital graphics in large format of cycle “Silence”, created in period 2005/2006.
After this year’s solo exhibition in Paris and two collective exhibitions in New York, it is a pleasure that my artworks are to be presented before the German public”, author Poposki says.
Expressionist portraits represent a merger between digital photograph and the recognizable visual manuscript of Poposki. His digital expressionist portraits deal with the issue of authorship and identity through a psycho-analytically inspired type of abstract expressionism.
This is Zoran Poposki’s fifth solo exhibition. |
