At Skopje Book Fair – Evening Dedicated to Petar Kocic
(Nova Makedonija,17.04.2007) – An evening dedicated to Serbian writer Petar Kocic will be held at the Third Hall of the Skopje Fair within the Book Fair. Serbian prominent actress and author Eva Ras, appointed as the Ambassador of Kocic’s literary work, and Nikola Vukolic, author and the director and editor-in-chief of Petar Kocic Endowment will take part in the event. A monograph book “Jablan” by Petar Kocic will be presented within the evening and an international charter “On the Way of Culture to New Millennium” will be conferred to the City of Skopje and the Skopje Fair. To mark 130 years of the bard’s birth, Petar Kocic Endowment Banja Luka – Belgrade has pronounced 2007 the Year of Petar Kocic. An international cultural event “Kocic in Skopje,” “Kocic in Vienna,” Kocic in Belgrade,” “Kocic in Banja Luka” will be held in 2007 with the aim of establishing living bridges of culture between all peoples and states for more accelerated cultural integration. |
