| Memorial House of Vasil Glavinov to be Restored in Veles
(Vecer, 23.07.2009) - In the framework of the 140th anniversary from the birth and 80th anniversary from the death of renaissance man Vasil Glavinov, his memorial house will be restored in Veles.
The house will be renovated by the year-end, funded by the Ministry of Culture and Veles National Museum.
Vasil Glavinov worked on the identity of the Macedonian people in Sofia, but was exiled to Macedonia, where he established the first educational-workers’ club “Citalisteto” (The Reading Room) in Veles. |
