| Year of Modern Ballet
(Vest, 03.02.2010) - Three premieres of modern ballets will be held in the Macedonian ballet this year, announced artistic director Kiro Pavlov.
The first one is collaboration with the Bordeaux National Ballet, the second is prepared with center for new initiatives in culture and art “Lokomotiva”, whereas the third is a short modern ballet.
Besides a guest from Cuba, who will be engaged for four months, Pavlov said Ukrainian ballerina Kristina Yushchenko would also arrive, as well as one from Japan and an English dancer.
Moreover, the ballet will go on tours in Barcelona and Antalya. |
