| Macedonian Radio and Television Suitable Programme on 100 Years of Ilinden Released on Internet
(MIA, 04.07.2003) - A suitable programme of Macedonian Radio and Television (MRTV) for dignified and adequate commemoration of the 100th Anniversary of Ilinden Uprising will be additionally released, beside on the MRTV satellite channels, through the Internet in line with the activities of the Jubilee Commemorating Secretariat between July 27 and August 3.
Ministry of Culture has carried out a project for live broadcast of the happenings related to the central event and the publicity programme targeted at Macedonian citizens, immigrants and other citizens living in Macedonia in collaboration with On-net Internet provider in Skopje and Macedonian Radio and Television Public Enterprise.
To make information available at the moment of the happening throughout the world, On-net has made available technical means and links enabling the whole world to take part in the jubilee “100 Years of Macedonian Statehood 1903-2003.”
The accessible point to follow the MRTV programme will be a Web page, www.ilinden.mk, created by Macedonian Information Agecy (MIA).
