This is a comic drama portraying the realistic world. The story can be placed in any seafront town such as Palermo, Venice and maybe Istanbul in 1700. It presents a family who are about to experience a nervous breakdown and although aware of the changes happening in society at the time, they know that they cannot keep their old positions in the newly created conditions. The stage design is by Rafki Demireli, and costumes are by Nihal Kaplanoglu.
